- Avoid Harsh Products: Steer clear of oils, alcohol, harsh detergents, or soaking the mat in water to preserve its surface integrity.
- Drying: Allow your mat to air dry completely before rolling it up to prevent moisture buildup.
- Rolling: Roll your mat with the logo facing outward to maintain its shape and structure.
- Storage: Store your mat in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or heat sources, to prevent warping or damage.

At Kaia Flow, we want you to love your yoga mat as much as your practice. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Damaged Goods
If you notice any damage to your mat upon delivery, we will gladly replace it with a new one.
- Report damaged goods within 72 hours of receiving the package.
- Take a photograph of the damage and email it to us at hello@kaiaflow.com.
- Once we verify the damage, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
- Mats that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by improper care or handling.
- Items marked as "final sale."
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our Customer Service team at hello@kaiaflow.com with your order details.
- Ship the item back to us using the provided return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
